International interior decoration company, Scott Carver, has won the Style Excellence competitors for InterContinental Parramatta, today launching a makeover at the propertys outside ahead of construction start in the coming months.
The 4,300 square metre Holdmark Property Group site, announced previously this year, will be a mixed-use advancement featuring offices, ground flooring retail, dining establishments and links to the Parramatta Light Rail in addition to the 200-room InterContinental Parramatta– the very first time the brand has ventured into Western Sydney. The hotel will occupy 32 floors out of the 57 levels approved in the advancement.

Scott Carvers design highlights a segmented lobby location offering guests a choice in their evening home entertainment including the alternative to go one method into the hotels dining establishment and bar or head instead to the lobby lounge. Additional guest centers will consist of a dual-level roof bar, physical fitness centre, swimming pool, wellness centre and club lounge.

InterContinental Parramatta is anticipated to open in 2025.
The design includes much of Parramattas indigenous culture and history, with designs shaped from comprehensive discussion with Indigenous Design Consultant, Matthew Fellingham. As an outcome, the building will feature the Ngara Nura Way road developed to link the architecture to the land and bookend the consumer experience.
The 200-room hotel will inhabit 32 levels of the 57 floor tower.
