IHG Director of Development Australasia and Pacific, Jael Fischer, said she was looking forward to the brand-new hotel inviting guests from 1 November.
IHG Hotels and Resorts will open its second hotel under the Vacation Inn brand name in Perth after signing a new management agreement for a 101-room home located just outside the city CBD.

” With construction beginning on the brand-new parliamentary precinct in West Perth and with many businesses and retail along hectic Hay and Collins Street, there is a hive of activity in the location which Holiday Inn will have the ability to capitalise on.
Vacation Inn West Perth will be open to guests from November 2021.
The history of the home is characterised by the historic Walsh Family Residence from 1902 which beings in front of the hotel. A destination dining establishment on site which doubles as conference and event area will also consist of the visitor facilities.

The 101-room hotel will double the Holiday Inn portfolio in Perth.
Vacation Inn West Perth will converge the citys popular Hay and Collins Streets and will see the brand name take over the former Sage Hotel West Perth, with the rebrand to work from 1 November 2021. The brand-new hotel will reinforce IHGs portfolio in the Western Australia capital, signing up with InterContinental Perth, Crowne Plaza Perth and Holiday Inn Perth City Centre.
The hotel is a brief walk from Kings Park and the Botanical Gardens– 2 of Perths most popular destinations– and near restaurants, home entertainment and the Swan River.
A soft repair will be carried out on the hotel prior to its reopening as Holiday Inn next month. The hotel will end up being the 42nd Holiday Inn hotel either open or in the pipeline in the Australasia and Pacific region.
