IHG Hotels and Resorts will open its 2nd hotel under the Holiday Inn brand in Perth after signing a new management contract for a 101-room home located simply outside the city CBD.
Holiday Inn West Perth will converge the citys trendy Hay and Collins Streets and will see the brand take over the former Sage Hotel West Perth, with the rebrand to take impact from 1 November 2021. The brand-new hotel will reinforce IHGs portfolio in the Western Australia capital, joining InterContinental Perth, Crowne Plaza Perth and Holiday Inn Perth City Centre.
The history of the residential or commercial property is characterised by the historical Walsh Family Residence from 1902 which beings in front of the hotel. A destination restaurant on website which doubles as conference and occasion area will also comprise the visitor facilities.
Vacation Inn West Perth will be open to guests from November 2021.
The hotel is a brief walk from Kings Park and the Botanical Gardens– 2 of Perths most popular attractions– and near to restaurants, entertainment and the Swan River.
The 101-room hotel will double the Holiday Inn portfolio in Perth.
