Balbirnie House Hotel introduces a fabulous new dining concept – SEVEN by Balbirnie

With the relaxation of lots of social constraints, and the shift into Autumn, Managing Director Nicholas Russell and Executive Chef Kris Currie thinks that this is the perfect time to launch the brand-new initiative, where a single nighttime service will cater for up to 60 restaurants in the homes Orangery and 6 covers at the unique Chefs Table.

Performing at least until the end of January 2022, diners will be invited to enjoy a specially developed 7 course tasting menu, which will alter every six weeks. With a custom wine flight readily available in addition to vegan and vegetarian alternatives, it is hoped that the concept will have the ability to brighten up the long winter evenings.

The first expert pictures of Balbirnie House Hotels brand-new SEVEN by Balbirnie dining principle have now appeared, as the award-winning property launch their brand-new night dinner service, which is set to shock Fifes dining scene. With an emphasis put on price, value for cash and leading quality meals, the principle promises an unwinded, fun night out, with a contemporary take on Scotlands natural larder.
