The Expedition 67 crew is continuing its ongoing life science research study while maintaining orbital laboratory systems.Weather forecasters prepare for a 70% likelihood of favorable weather condition when Boeings OFT-2 mission is set up to launch at 6:54 p.m. EDT (3:54 p.m. PDT) on Thursday. The Starliner spacecraft will take off atop the Atlas-V rocket from United Launch Alliance at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Starliner will take a 24-hour automatic journey to the station where it will dock to the Harmony modules forward port for 5 to 10 days of freight and test operations.NASA Flight Engineers Kjell Lindgren and Bob Hines invested an hour on Tuesday examining protocols for Starliners approach and docking. The duo will be on duty Friday keeping an eye on Starliner during its three-and-a-half hours of automatic method maneuvers prior to docking at 7:10 p.m. EDT (4:10 p.m. PDT) on Friday. The Moon, with Earths shadow draping throughout it throughout a lunar eclipse, is envisioned from the International Space Station. Hines worked on U.S. spacesuit maintenance, partnering with astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti of ESA (European Space Agency), switching and stowing elements prepared for return on an upcoming SpaceX freight mission.NASA Flight Engineer Jessica Watkins ended up using a headband and vest after 24 hours for the Bio-Monitor experiment that keeps an eye on an astronauts health without disrupting mobility. Watkins also examined her high blood pressure throughout the day for the Vascular Echo study that analyzes modifications in blood vessels and cardiac activity in microgravity. The stations three cosmonauts from Roscosmos focused on their list of science and upkeep jobs in the orbiting laboratorys Russian segment. Flight Engineer Sergey Korsakov upgraded software application and changed a laptop then explored methods to enhance interactions in between station team members and mission controllers from around the world. Leader Oleg Artemyev and Flight Engineer Denis Matveev joined each other Tuesday early morning and serviced exercise equipment. The duo then split up to work on broadband interactions gear and inventory tools.
