After a similar session last week, Rubio restarted the Surface Avatar laptop computer system situated in the Columbus Laboratory module. Cosmonaut Commander Sergey Prokopyev spent his early morning in the Zvezda module, where he performed upkeep jobs. Simultaneously, Flight Engineer Andrey Fedyaev was hectic in the Nauka module setting up brackets and stands for laptops.

In the afternoon, Hoburg shifted to the Japanese Experiment Module to lay brand-new ethernet cables. His day concluded alongside Rubio and United Arab Emirates (UAE) Flight Engineer Sultan Alneyadi in the U.S. Orbital Segment. The trio performed maintenance on the Oxygen Generation System (OGS), which transmutes water into oxygen and hydrogen as part of the Water Recovery System.
Alneyadi was likewise responsible for carrying out maintenance on Astrobee, the stations autonomous robotics designed to help the crew with everyday jobs.
NASA astronaut Stephen Bowen carried out another cycle of the Genes in Space-10 operation. This entailed determining and analyzing DNA length using fluorescent samples. The Genes in Space program includes ongoing investigations that station crews have conducted for years. This program allows high and middle school students to devise DNA experiments that take on challenges associated with area exploration.

The Expedition 69 team aboard the International Space Station took part in an assortment of jobs on Monday, July 24, including Genes in Space operations, human health research study, robotics work, and station upkeep.
NASA Flight Engineer Frank Rubio began his day by getting rid of disk drives for later retrieval. After a similar session recently, Rubio restarted the Surface Avatar notebook computer located in the Columbus Laboratory module. He carried out another session to check out how haptic controls, interface, and virtual truth can handle and control surface-bound robots from huge distances.
NASA astronaut Woody Hoburg began his day by establishing a carbon analyzer that assesses the quality of recycled water aboard the orbital lab. He later on prepared hardware for the Standard Measures investigation– an experiment that gathers important measurements from astronauts before, during, and after prolonged objectives. He then gathered saliva samples to aid ongoing human research study.
