Cosmic Firestorm: Sun Unleashes Powerful X3.9 Solar Flare

This flare is classified as an X3.9 flare. X-class represents the most intense flares, while the number supplies more details about its strength. There have been various X-class flares in current days, and NASA observed 82 intense flares in between May 3 and May 9, 2024.
