Leading expert UK leisure and residential or commercial property firm, Shelley Sandzer, has protected a brand-new website for The Little Door & & Co, the business behind Notting Hills most-loved area bar and dining establishment, The Little Yellow Door.
The new 2,200 sq feet, 2 floor location is set to open later this year at 12-13 Greek Street, a system in Ilona Rose House. The website, redeveloped by Soho Estates, is a mixed-use, new-build development, topped 13 floors, including 4 listed below ground.
The Little Door concept is based on the vision of a perfect houseparty. Featuring menus in photo albums and cocktails called after the establishments DVD collection, it is a cosy, yet vibrant bar and restaurant. Guests can enjoy dinner parties and parlor game on a Friday, a timeless houseparty on a Saturday, or endless brunch on a Sunday.
The new Soho website will sign up with The Little Door & & Cos existing locations in Notting Hill, along with The Little Orange Door in Clapham and The Little Blue Door in Fulham. Rapid development for the brand name is testimony to its success in producing dynamic areas where individuals can meet in plain environments and take pleasure in a bespoke party experience tailored to the requirements of various visitors.
Nick Weir, joint managing partner of Shelley Sandzer, commented: “The Little Door & & Co idea uses something rather unique for the vibrant young crowd it attracts, and Soho is always a terrific area for the best-in-class operators to trade. This deal, together with various others we have actually finished in current months, corresponds with growing step numbers in London and represents a real resurgence of the West Ends hospitality scene.”
Kamran Dehdashti, director and co-founder of The Little Door & & Co, stated: “We are a young, growing brand name pioneering a new slant on the hospitality industry. Our goal is to develop locations that seem like walking into a house by styling them around a fictional flat share. As the centre of Londons dynamic nightlife, Soho is an amazing place for us to broaden our unique offering, and we are glad for Shelley Sandzers help in securing this brand-new website for us.”
The news follows Shelley Sandzer securing a number of new websites for operators in the West End, including Soho favourite, Vasco & & Pieros, who have signed at 10-11 Darblay Street, as well as Wing Wing, Gordon Ramsey Street Burger and Japanese restaurant Takumi, all of whom are opening in the West End.
