The launching Vulcan Centaur rocket launch will, realistically, host the ashes and DNA of “Star Trek” fans and stars– including some individuals involved in the franchise.As United Launch Alliance prepares to release Vulcan to change some older standbys in its fleet, the first flight will call back to the more famous planet of Vulcan understood to “Star Trek” fans. ULA will introduce the “Star Trek” material as part of a cooperation with Celestis, which specializes in area memorial launches.And yes, this first Vulcan mission is also nicknamed “Enterprise,” in honor of the popular Trek starships. It will carry 150 capsules including the cremains or DNA of Trek or space fans, including those of the series developer and “First Family” of Star Trek.
