The Standard sets course for Australian expansion

The companys first Australian hotel is arranged to debut in Melbournes hip suburb of Fitzroy in 2023 and Lalvani anticipates that opening to be the start of more properties across the country.

The Standard, Bangkok Mahankhon will be found in a 78-story mixed-use building that is one of the highest in Thailand and will included 55 spaces, penthouse, a terrace swimming pool, physical fitness center, conference rooms and a dynamic variety of food, night life and drink locations, from The Parlor to the Tea Room and renowned Standard Grill, along with Thailands first outpost of the well-known Mott 32 restaurant.

Lalvani said the 123-room hotel in Fitzroy would end up being the hive of the residential area when it opens and it was the perfect area for The Standards debut in Australia.
