Tech-Led Shaxian Delicacies opens in ChinaTown London

The menu is developed on dishes from Shaxian District in Southeast China, offering a diverse selection of plates. These include their take on popular favourites, Dim Sum, rice boxes, and Cantonese classics together with standard ShaXian specials such as Salted Duck Gizzard and Pork Stomach in Chilli Oil.
Deqin Zheng, Owner, ShaXian Delicacies, commented: “ShaXian Delicacies marries tradition and innovation with a substantial menu, and the exciting tech elements are essential to our total deal. Our launching website has actually been remarkably popular, and we are so happy to be expanding further in the capital. For anyone looking to open an Eastern principle in the UK, Chinatown London needs to be at the top of their list, and we are happy to be a part of such a lively location in the heart of the West End.”
Julia Wilkinson, Restaurant Director at Shaftesbury, added: “We actively look for refreshing and unique brand names that can showcase the culture of the Far East at Chinatown London. ShaXian Delicacies is the ideal mix of modern and traditional, integrating time-honoured dishes with crowd-drawing tech. This is another landmark opening for Chinatown London, and one that strengthens the locations value to the West End.”

Shaftesbury has revealed that tech-led Chinese restaurant, ShaXian Delicacies, has released its second-ever website, in Chinatown London.
Found at 7 Gerrard Street, the 2,850 sq ft dining establishment has style elements unique to Chinatown London, including a series of lively videos projected around the restaurant, showcasing Fujian street food and culture. Outside, images of the brands meals are predicted on the external entryway and an automated robotic can be seen chopping fresh noodles in the window.
