Davis Coffer Lyons represented Sloane Stanley. James Commercial acted upon behalf of Nakanojo.

Sloane Stanley has announced the opening of Nakanojo, the debut Japanese-Peruvian fusion dining establishment by newbie restauranteur Josh Ahmet, at 356-360 Kings Road.
Signing up with the dining deal in the heart of Chelsea, Nakanojos 4,512 sq ft brand-new dining establishment offers casual premium dining and Latin American vibes, serving Nikkei sushi and Japanese robata grill meals with a Peruvian twist. The exciting menu has a focus on fresh active ingredients and enjoyable cocktails all delivered in a casual yet welcoming setting for us to 90 covers.
Nakanojo has been designed and created inhouse by Josh Ahmet himself. The modern-day and standard style utilizes Wood throughout in the form of seating, tables, screens and planters to divide restaurants. Complimentary planting and a custom-designed Peruvian Geisha mural across one wall kind a central focus for the dining establishment.
Discussing the news, Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley said: “Nakanojos debut dining concept symbolizes the renewal of the hospitality sector post-pandemic and similarly, the strength of our F&B offering. With renewed customer interest in localism in addition to experiential retail and dining, it is a great chance for special operators like Nakanojo to make their debut, and we feel positive the brand-new concept will feel at house along with numerous other vibrant operators on the Kings Road.”
Josh Ahmet, Founder and CEO of Nakanojo included: “Our venue brings something various to the distinguished Kings Road, being the very first Nikkei Restaurant in Chelsea offering a special blend of two cultures which fit seamlessly together. At Nakanojo, we pride ourselves on serving genuine, quality food in a relaxed atmosphere and Chelseas elegant, easy-going environment makes the Kings Road an ideal place for releasing our new idea.”
This news follows the current launch of wine expert and dining establishment 28º– 50º at 300 Kings Road, in addition to the opening of a brand-new three-floored indulgent brand name Townhouse from the high-end family pet and grooming brand, Love My Human. Each of these brand names contributes to the estates growing experiential leisure, dining and retail portfolio, which continues to go from strength to strength.
